Nurturing a Collaborative Culture with ICT

Case Overview School Background and Vision Learning and Teaching Focus Implementation Strategy Achievement The Way Forward

    Case Overview

ˇ§To cultivate a collaborative culture in the school through a mentor system is a way to sustain her growth, and to train up studentsˇ¦ leadership skills.ˇ¨

ˇ§There is no specific pedagogy which is superior to the others. Using ICT without other support may not help in good teaching. Every teacher has his own charisma; if the teaching could motivate students to learn, it is good teaching.ˇ¨ This case story illustrates how leadership in a school focused on building a high performance team through the provision of an effective communication channel to the teachers.
